By accessing or using isPropagated (the “Service”), available at ispropagated.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

isPropagated is a free tool that runs DNS lookups against multiple independent public DNS resolvers and displays the records and DNS response flags they return. It is provided for informational and diagnostic purposes to help you check DNS propagation.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to disrupt or overload our infrastructure or that of the third-party DNS resolvers we query, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or use automated means to place an unreasonable load on the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DNS results depend on third-party resolvers and network conditions outside our control, and we do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. You should not rely on the Service as your sole source of truth for critical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, isPropagated and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Service queries independent third-party public DNS resolvers, and their availability and responses are governed by their own terms. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized usage of the Service so we can improve it. Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
